I took my Hyundai in for a routine maintenance. It was quick, easy, and everyone was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and fair. Overall very good experience and highly recommend.

The crew down there was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and efficient. My truck still needs more work, but they understood that I was on a budget. Other places I've gone to have been very pushy about getting every dollar out of me regardless of my situation. Not this place. I highly recommend Northshore Automotive. They just made a loyal customer out of me. Thanks again Northshore Automotive crew, you really came through for me.

I have been to Northshore Automotive twice in the past few months and have great experiences both times. From scheduling to completion, I felt very comfortable with their team. Northshore was able to get our cars in the shop fairly quickly. They performed a thorough inspection and checklist showing repairs that should be completed immediately for safety, to other repairs that needed attention in the future.
I highly recommend Northshore Automotive for their caring and respectful customer service to their thorough inspection and repairs. We will be taking our cars there in the future.

My vehicle was stolen and stripped. The police located it and asked me what I wanted to do. I had it towed to Northshore.
At the shop they diagnosed everything and put together a detailed work schedule which I was able to opt into or out of certain fixes. I’ve never delt with a shop which paid this close attention to detail. At the end they fixed my little car and I’m back on the road. The staff was gracious and understanding. They worked hard to keep me informed and were always available when I called.
Hopefully I don’t need their assistance again soon but if so I’m definitely going back. Northshore is now my home mechanic.

After buying a car and it breaking down on the way home...North shore Automotive definitely was a great place to go! I had nothing but a great experience here. They worked hard to keep me under budget and were very informative, taking the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. Communication was excellent throughout, and they always made sure all of my questions were answered.
Although the major repair initially involved a bad part, they figured it out quickly and were honest with me the entire time. My warranty covered the issue, which I really appreciated. They got me in and out as quickly as possible, and the loaner car was extremely helpful. Overall, they went above and beyond to help me with my car, and I would definitely recommend them.
